Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in various settings, including group homes, assisted living facilities, and private residences. Duties
- Provide direct support to clients in daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor patients’ health conditions and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Assist with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring clients as necessary.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
- Support hospice care needs for terminally ill patients with compassion and dignity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields is required
- Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and assisted living practices is a plus.
- Ability to lift and assist clients safely while adhering to proper body mechanics.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is required at the time of application.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
