As a Crew Lead - Landscaping, you will oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards. You'll lead a team, train crew members, operate equipment, and work closely with the Project Manager to drive success. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving in the great outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Execute various tasks, including lawn maintenance, hardscaping, planting, and irrigation.
- Train and mentor crew members, fostering skill development and teamwork.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce best practices to maintain a safe job site.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment properly.
- Communicate with clients and management, providing project updates and addressing concerns.
- Manage materials and inventory, ensuring everything is on-site when needed.
- Document project progress, track crew performance, and submit job reports.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to discuss challenges and next steps.

Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping, with a leadership background preferred.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, work in varying weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience with irrigation systems, hardscaping, or a certification in landscape maintenance or construction.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
