Description
The primary responsibilities of the office manager include being the person responsible for overseeing the daily operations and creating communications that are consistent with the parish mission.
Essential Position Duties:
Operational Oversight: Assist in the implementation of the parish mission, philosophy and goals
- Supervise support staff and divide responsibilities to improve performance
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency
- Manage facility schedules for all buildings
- Provide administrative services in support of the parish, ministries, functions and activities
- Coordinate church set up for special event/liturgical services
- Manage Adoration scheduling systems
- Work closely with the Pastor & PAA to ensure unified leadership and decision making
Communications:
- Communicate with Pastoral Assistants, Office Staff and Priests
- Oversee and manage all parish communications and branding to ensure it is consistent across all mediums including website, social media, advertising, collateral, and parishioner communication. Work with local printers to publish all collateral.
- Work collaboratively with members of the parish staff, and leadership to ensure the planning of the parish communication calendar including website updates, special event communications, social media, parish bulletin, and community press releases for local publications.
- Collaborate with staff to implement a cohesive communication strategy to educate about advancement related programs
- Create communications for prospective neighbors

- Ability to work with a variety of people.
- Possess emotional intelligence skills and the ability to build trust with key stakeholders.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.

Salary : $52,000 - $54,000
