Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our core operations, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing initiatives, and contributing to the development of new projects. This role requires a blend of organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for client success. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team and external partners to maintain and enhance our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication for client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Content Management: Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials, including newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and webinars.
- Client Support: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and prompt resolution of issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
- Campaign Execution: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work with team members and external vendors to coordinate events, sponsorships, and other promotional activities.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track the success of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Word, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with the financial services or retirement plan industry is a plus.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
