Heavy Civil CDL Driver/Equipment Operator
40/50 Development is seeking an experienced and motivated Heavy Civil
professional CDL Truck Driver/Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In
this role, you will transport heavy equipment between jobsites. When not driving,
you will operate equipment as well as assist with completion of our civil projects.
Responsibilities
Transport equipment between jobsites
Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance
Adhere to delivery schedules
Comply with all company policies and driving laws
Operate our excavators, loaders, rollers and skid steers
Assist ground crews with daily and weekly tasks
Safe and efficient use of layout tools, and measurement tools
Work safely around heavy equipment, and people at all times
Produce high quality work, safely and productively at all times
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by supervisors
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to travel to areas of remote construction project location in Montana,
Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho, Washington, Oregon &
California.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Truck Driver is required.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
Understanding of all relevant truck driving laws and regulations.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Willingness to travel to our job sites around the region.
Operate heavy equipment when not driving.
Pay dependent on experience.
