*Job Overview*
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our current clients and prospects. P&C License helpful but not required. Will train the right individuals who is interested helping people with their insurance needs. Must complete a 20 hour online Sub-Agent course to be licensed at no cost.
*Responsibilities*
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and website
- Quote new and renewal auto and home policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Process policy changes, payments and endorsements
- Maintain customer records and update account information in agency management system
- Collaborate with owners and agents to insure customer's satisfaction
*Requirements*
- Experience in customer service or insurance field
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
- Proficiency in English; Spanish speaking a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft office products and e-signature app's
- Data entry and filing

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
