Key Responsibilities Client Strategy & Management
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating strategy, performance insights, and opportunities.
- Provide strategic guidance throughout campaign execution to maximize impact and results.
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
Campaign Oversight & Performance Optimization
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Oversee and assess client satisfaction metrics (Heartbeats) to ensure strong relationships and positive business outcomes.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with Creative, Development, and Account Management teams.
- Oversee internal approval processes to ensure deliverables align with client goals and strategic direction.
- Identify and develop opportunities for business growth, including contract renewals and service expansions.
- Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and integrate best practices into client strategies.

Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy within an agency or similar environment.
- Expertise in SEO, digital advertising, marketing automation, content marketing, and social media.
- Proven ability to develop and present compelling marketing strategies to clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, digital advertising tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
