RESPONSIBILITIES:
42 Fry is a seafood restaurant that prioritizes customer service by providing fresh, quality seafood in a timely manner to our customers. We are currently seeking team leaders to become a part of our team for our Greenville, North Carolina location. The ideal candidate must have experience with high volume, a hands-on approach to management along with experience of overseeing both front counter and the kitchen.
REQUIREMENTS:
- One plus years of restaurant experience preferred.
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
- management of food and labor cost, employee training skills, and the ability to implement company policies.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and motivate team members.
