Wireless Solutions Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wireless Solutions Consultants to join our team. As a Wireless Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through demonstrations, sales, and management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:

- Provide product demos to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of wireless products and services.
- Utilize sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets, promoting wireless products and services to customers.
- Perform basic math calculations to process transactions and payments.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of wireless products and services, as well as their technical specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales growth and optimize sales strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail sales floor.

Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in the wireless industry.
- Proven sales skills and experience with product demos.
- Strong knowledge of wireless products and services.
- Basic math skills and experience handling transactions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
