Duties
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and processing applications.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions using property management software.
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Utilize Tenantcloud management software for tracking leases, payments, and maintenance requests.
- Support Development, Brokerage, and Construction business lines.
Skills
- Strong administrative skills with experience in property management or real estate administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and social media skills to promote available units and close leasing deals successfully.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining files and records accurately.
The desired candidate will have first and foremost leasing and property management experience, a high degree of organizational skills, accounts payable and Quickbooks experience. We find that individuals with service industry experience, restaurants, bars, hotels have a high degree of success working with tenants and clients.
Associates Degree with 2 years leasing and property management experience or 5 years leasing and property management administration required. Strong understanding of Quickbooks and vendor management preferred. Ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to focus directly on critical supporting tasks, and be able to working independently and remotely when necessary.
