We are seeking confident, self-starting, resourceful, and persuasive individuals who will promote home health care services to hospitals, physicians, long-term care, and skilled nursing facilities. This position will play a crucial role in coordinating business growth with a dedicated team.
Responsibilities of Hospice Account Executive include :
- Achievement of monthly Personal Production Goals and Admit budgets for assigned locations.
- Successfully executes a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development including prospecting / diversification and call frequency / routing. Plans activity to maximize territory coverage of both existing and prospective accounts.
- Responsible for executing effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of the referral community and clearly communicate the features and benefits of Medi Home Health & Hospice.
- Works closely with the Director of Marketing to drive a vision of growth.
- Responsible for all sales administration duties including, CRM.
- Maintains knowledge of Medicare and State specific Hospice care regulations.
- Obtains physician's order for specified treatments and participates in the referral process.
- Promote MSA's entire umbrella of services across the Hospice continuum
