Alleima USA LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Benefits Manager to join our Business Unit Tube, Americas team in Clarks Summit, PA. Eligible candidates will be considered within range of one of our Alleima USA LLC facilities nationwide.
Your Role:
As the Benefits Manager for Business Unit Tube, Americas, you will oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations across all Alleima sites in the US (excluding Scottdale, PA until onboarded). Key Duties and Responsibilities
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate plan documentation and adherence to documented processes.
Develop and implement wellness programs: Create and manage wellness initiatives to promote employee health and well-being.
Conduct benefits training sessions: Organize and lead training sessions for employees to educate them about their benefits options and how to utilize them effectively.
Analyze benefits data: Regularly review and analyze benefits data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with external vendors: Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality benefits services.
Ensure data accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits information in the HRIS system.
Manage the Open Enrollment process, including conducting employee communications, presentations and training sessions.
Provide comprehensive support and assistance to employees regarding benefits plans, claims and eligibility inquiries.
Monitor industry trends and best practices and recommend improvements or modifications to existing benefit programs.
Stay up to date with relevant legislation, regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
Lead the development and delivery of benefit related communication materials.
Oversee the administration of leaves of absence, ensuring adherence to applicable policies and legal requirements.
Closely collaborate with the HR Team, Payroll Manager, and HRIS Analyst.
Audit enrollment to ensure Dayforce and Vendors are aligned any appropriate employee deductions.
Coach and mentor team members and assign tasks to ensure the teams resources are used effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
-Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must. You should be able to communicate clearly and persuasively in writing and verbally.

About You
Education: A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance or a related field. Professional certifications such as SHRM. Etc.
Experience- 5 Plus years’ experience in benefits administration and management, Strong project management, communication and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Dayforce experience a plus. Ability to work in a Microsoft environment especially Excel and PowerPoint.
