This position is responsible for all aspects of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). The Clinical Systems Analyst will serve as the vital link between the Information Systems team and our clinical objectives and processes. The Clinical Systems Analyst will be a key member of a governance committee comprised of business leadership, clinical leadership, and IT to continually evaluate, determine best solutions, implement, and maintain assigned business systems, processes and protocols. Additionally, the Clinical Systems Analyst will assist in data management functions within the assigned departments; assisting with IT data security; and long-range planning/development for IT and the organization. The Clinical Systems Analyst will partner with the clinical departments, the IT Application Analyst and the Chief Operating Officer to ensure proper support levels are upheld and the standard of support exceeds stakeholder expectations.

Position Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Assist with planning, installation, maintenance, and software integration as needed to support departmental functions primarily focused around 4C Health’s EMR platform and other applications supporting routine clinical and business functions. Diagnose software problems and take corrective action in a timely manner. Create, modify, and enhance forms as necessary. Execute proper scenario development, piloting and testing to ensure software solutions meet the requirements.
- Work with business and clinical stakeholders to identify processes that can be enhanced by system functions to maximize capabilities and efficiencies. Implement approved solutions and support them through their lifecycle
- Acts as a trainer for staff to prepare for and educate on system conversions, enhancements, upgrades and interfaces. Includes providing system orientation to new employees.
- Regularly attends user group meetings and seeks out training that can be brought back and trained to end users.
- Actively participates on the governance council and works collaboratively with super users.
- Remains current with the latest developments of all software associated to the Electronic Medical Record and practice management components including third party vendors.
- Participates in needs assessments by providing analytical support, consulting on statistical methodologies, and contributing process flow knowledge.
- Develops and maintains communication processes to ensure effective flow of information to the various departments, and leadership.
- Define, implement, and maintain databases using Access, SQL and other programs. Assist in developing tools to gather and manage data. Interrelate data from diverse databases mathematically and statistically.
- Ensure that the organization has access to the necessary data and format using the EMR vendors tools and other available data analytic tools including SQL Reporting and Microsoft Power BI. This includes writing reports in SQL and providing requirements to vendor for Core product reports
- Works cooperatively with other Information Systems team members to maximize system capabilities, meet compliance requirements, maintain interfaces, and utilize tools to safeguard health data per HIPAA requirements.
- Effectively manages assigned projects in a manner consistent with organizational policies and values by meeting assigned deadlines and goals.
- Participates in on-call rotation.
- Track problems and identify system-wide problems or issues as they arise. Serve as secondary support to the dedicated help desk support team. Manage consumer portal including setup, support and ongoing development.
- Coordinate efforts with other members of the IS Department to assure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner

Education
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors of Art or Bachelors of Science degree. Someone with equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Three (3) years’ work experience as an EHR systems analyst in a healthcare setting.
- One (1) 1-year work experience with application or desktop support preferred.
- 4C Health is a Drug-Free Workplace employer. Candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
- Candidates must be willing to submit to comprehensive background checks, including but not limited to criminal and child protective services checks.
- Must have strong customer service orientation, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Creative problem-solver.
- Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in working with and creating reports with MS Access, MS SQL, Crystal Reporting, Power BI or other reporting analytical tools required.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, LAN and WANs.
- Ability to assess and prioritize workload.
- Ability to rapidly troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to think critically and analyze information/situations for most appropriate response.
- Ability to successfully train associates.
- Must have basic math skills and basic understanding of finance and accounting practices.
Salary : $500 - $1,800
