- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies/procedures.
- Maintain systems compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Strong background in Windows OS, Windows Server OS, and other Microsoft applications.
- Advanced knowledge of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
- Stay current with the latest technologies to recommend solutions that meet business and system requirements.
- Monitor and oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly reports from network vendors.
- Provide technical assistance, support, and troubleshooting for system communication failures and conflicts.
- Support system upgrades, installations, conversions, and file maintenance.
- Troubleshoot escalated software and hardware problems, coordinating vendor assistance when required.
- Manage servers, security solutions, network hardware, and equipment, including routine and non-routine maintenance.
- Install and maintain desktop computer hardware.
- Update computers and servers on the network.
- Provide advanced technical assistance and comprehensive problem resolution to end users.
- Respond to system alerts and problem calls during and outside business hours.
- Travel to branch locations as needed.
- Coordinate and test disaster recovery functions of the business continuity program.
- Manage employee profiles within the network and programs.
- Complete tasks outlined in the “Processing Schedule” on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
- Collaborate with employees on problem recognition, research, resolution, and follow-up regarding all relevant products.
- Back-up duties of other IT personnel as needed.
- Assist with projects within or outside the department.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Above average computer skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Fortinet, Windows OS & Windows Server OS, Microsoft Office Products.
- Familiarity with Linux, Microsoft SQL, and SQL Lite preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge and experience analyzing hardware, software, and server needs.
- Willingness to learn proprietary systems used within the organization.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Basic problem-solving and math skills.
- Excellent customer service and verbal/written skills.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
- Self-starter with great attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain compliance using least privilege ideology.
- Ability to lift and move items of 25lbs individually and more than 50lbs as a team.
- Ability to work in close quarters with IT equipment, loud noises, and temperature changes.
