What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Information System Analyst position at X-Factor Consulting?
Our client is seeking an HRIS Analyst for an excellent on-site position located near the Marion, IN area. Responsibilities include:
- Systems Administrator and management for HR Systems to include all data, code, and troubleshooting
- Collect and review HR Data from various areas to analyze and compile metrics, making recommendations to leadership
- Design and implement HR programs and projects to improve operational efficiency across HR functions
- Manage data and analyze appropriate security and privacy compliance
- Other HR duties include: benefits administration responsibilities such as program development and communication, compensation reviews and advisement, job description development, assist with other HR programs.
- Reporting for HR and Leadership team
- Partner with external vendors as needed
- Auditing as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR function and minimum 2 years with HRIS systems and administration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related required
- Knowledge of HR Systems with strong analytical and technical skills
- Understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.
- Excellent communication, customer support, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Microsoft office and HR systems required. Paylocity, Paycor, Paychex, ADP, or similar experience is a plus
- Any HR or Systems Certifications a plus
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
