The Construction Marketing Specialist develops and executes marketing initiatives tailored to promote the company’s construction services. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving lead generation, and supporting sales efforts through effective communication and promotional strategies. We’re looking for someone who will add to our company culture, is hungry to make an impact, and wants to grow together.
This is a full-time position. We would love our Construction Marketing Specialist to join our team at the showroom space located in Niles, IL
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Management:
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
- Create and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Highlight completed projects with case studies, before-and-after photos, and videos.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Manage PPC campaigns and optimize SEO efforts.
- Analyze website traffic and performance metrics to refine campaigns.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns to foster client engagement and retention.
3. Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct research to identify target demographics and industry trends.
- Propose strategies to boost lead generation and client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
4. Event and Networking Support:
- Plan and promote trade shows, open houses, and community events.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
5. Client Engagement and Testimonials:
- Collect and promote client reviews and testimonials to enhance the company’s reputation.
- Develop communication campaigns to strengthen client relationships.
6. Coordination with Schedulers:
- Work closely with scheduling teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with project timelines.
- Assist in organizing marketing materials for presentations and client meetings.
7. Performance Analytics:
- Track campaign ROI and provide detailed performance reports.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to measure success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in the construction or related industries.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, CRM systems).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with construction terminology.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced enviroment
