Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Provide strategic leadership to the interior design and project management team, fostering creativity and operational efficiency.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their vision, ensuring designs align with their needs and deliver exceptional value.
- Project Management Oversight: Direct and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship across all project phases.
- Team Synergy: Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between the design and project management team, proactively addressing challenges.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the progress of multiple projects, implementing adjustments as needed to exceed client expectations.
- Mentorship and Growth: Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment, mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of combined experience in interior design and project management within the remodeling industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and inspire diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in design principles, project budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and project management tools.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional communication and decision-making skills to navigate challenges effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent prioritization.
