Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist / IV Specialist

JOB SUMMARY At 4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions, we redefine aging with cutting-edge treatments that include aesthetics, integrative wellness, hormone therapy, peptides, nutritional IVs, and medical weight loss —all under one roof. We are located in the heart of the trendy Lake Ivanhoe community in Orlando, FL. We’re also expanding with a new location in Lake Nona that's opening in June 2025. We are currently looking for a full-time Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist/IV Specialist for our Lake Ivanhoe clinic. In June, we will also be hiring for a new Lake Nona clinic. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, and IV Infusion Specialist working for a Med Spa, IV lounge, or integrative wellness clinic. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, & EXPECTATIONS Customer Service Maintain high standards of customer service at all times; set an example for the team and go above and beyond to deliver a great experience to every patient. Daily Operations Do blood draws for labs Prepare and connect vitamin and NAD+ IV infusions Take patient vitals Take before and after photos before and after aesthetic treatments Process refill request daily Upload lab results to EHR system Transcribe lab results into patient Health Profiles Assist as needed with ordering/stocking office supplies, medical supplies, IV vitamins, or other center materials. Assist as requested with community events or center events/promotions. Track details and guests, order supplies, coordinate with vendors, staff the event, and/or assist in any other capacity as requested by your manager. Keep treatment rooms and IV lounge to 4Ever Young brand standards at all times, including cleanliness, scent, music, lighting, and stocking of products and marketing materials. Occasionally cover the front desk as needed; be prepared to answer the phone and check patients in and out using 4Ever Young proper procedures. Patient Education Follow 4Ever Young procedures for rooming patients. Meet with patients prior to them meeting the provider, and give them a brief overview of what to expect from their visit and their service. Answer any questions they might have, and serve as a warm, friendly, reassuring, and energetic presence. Stay up to date on all 4Ever Young products and services so you can answer patient questions. Educate yourself using 4Ever Young training materials and by talking with medical staff. Follow 4Ever Young patient education procedures to interview patients and identify products or services that might appeal to them. Protect patient privacy; follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines as appropriate to your role. This includes handling of patient forms and medical records as well as using your judgment to offer patients private space for questions if needed. Follow medical compliance and 4Ever Young company policies at all times. Provider Support Follow medical compliance protocols at all times; do not diagnose patients, do not suggest treatment plans or programs, and do not make recommendations regarding prescriptions at any time. Assist our medical providers with charting, patient interviews, performing pre-physicals, phlebotomy, procedures, preparing products, uploading lab results to our EHR system, and in any other way they might request. Take patient before/after photos for all aesthetic services. Additional Duties Perform other duties as requested. Be a strong team player with a positive attitude, and do what needs to be done without being asked. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant doing Phlebotomy and IVs. Preferred: Bilingual Spanish & English speaker (Not Required) Stay current on 4Ever Young services & products, as well as industry trends in medical aesthetics Dedicated to constantly learning and perfecting their skillset.
