What You’ll Do:
- Welcome with Warmth: Greet every patient with energy, positivity, and professionalism.
- Smooth Patient Flow: Coordinate check-ins and check-outs while ensuring accurate and complete patient records.
- Create an Inviting Space: Keep the lobby pristine, welcoming, and stocked with materials that reflect 4Ever Young’s high standards.
- Promote Wellness Solutions: Educate patients on services, promotions, and membership programs tailored to their needs.
- Support Operations: Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with community or center events as needed.
What You Bring:
- A strong passion for health, wellness, and aesthetics.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with scheduling systems or administrative tools (preferred).
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Contact leads daily
- Promote and sell facial and supplement products
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments
- Collect patient information and update records in the system
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the office operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Front Desk preferably in a Med Spa
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer literacy,
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Attention to detail and accuracy
