\n- We are looking for an upbeat, positive person to join our Sales team. The Sales Administrator will support the IL Sales team by managing the daily inventory updates for the product menu and will communicate these updates to the Sales Team. The Sales Administrator will input orders generated by Sales Team into Leaf Trade and collaborate with logistics on product deliveries and manifests. A successful candidate will be highly motivated and able to proactively build relationships at all employee levels.

- This position is based in Matteson, IL. Reliable personal transportation to and from Matteson, IL is required.
- Collaborate with logistics, product fulfillment, and cultivation teams to handle order processing in Leaf Trade.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure consistent product availability.
- Maintain up to date menu offerings for field sales staff.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly detailed sales reporting for C-Suite.
- Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and delivery.
- Track and manage wholesale orders from receipt to delivery.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders and inventory.
- Ensuring activities comply with regulatory laws and standards.
- Serves as sales team liaison when addressing any escalated customer quality issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, finance, logistics, manufacturing, cultivation, and operations.
- Manage orders and shipments.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and events.
- Process online, email and phone sales.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Bio Trax, and Lab CoA portals and have a working knowledge of CRM.
- Strong understanding of supply chain metrics and software. Serve as the SME for Sales Team with Leaf Trade, Lab portals, Bio Trax.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
