At 4G, we’re looking for Customer Service Representative (CSR) Dispatchers to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our operations efficient by coordinating shipments, communicating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring everything is scheduled on time. What You’ll Do:
As a CSR Dispatcher, you’ll be the key point of contact between 4G, our suppliers, customers, and freight companies. You'll manage a set of accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timely shipments. Responsibilities include:
Service & Logistics
- Work closely with your team to provide outstanding service to 4G clients.
- Respond to customer and supplier requests regarding inbound and outbound shipments.
- Take full ownership of each shipment, ensuring it stays on track and any issues are resolved.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, escalating concerns when necessary.
Account Administration
- Manage and organize shipping documentation, staying ahead of requests whenever possible.
- Monitor open shipments and proactively follow up with customers and freight companies.
- Maintain accurate records, including shipment details, release numbers, and billing information.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has:
- Basic knowledge of logistics and customer service principles (or a willingness to learn).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with cieTrade software is a plus, but not required!
