PAY RANGE : $75,000 , depending on experience
REPORTS TO : VP of Human Resources
HOURS : Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
WORK FROM HOME STATUS : Eligible
After a period of in-person training and time working onsite with your team, this role has the option to work remotely 2-3 days per week, depending on business needs. (Work from home is in WI only at this time). In general, the timeframe to start a work from home rotation tends to be 3-6 months. Note that there will be situations when the associate may choose or be asked to return onsite, which would be coordinated and scheduled in advance.

This role will support the department by performing a variety of human resources analytical functions primarily focused on compensation to support the 4imprint leadership and human resources teams. This individual also provides remarkable customer service to our associates and treats all internal and external contacts with uncompromising respect and integrity under all circumstances. The Compensation Analyst will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, analysis-driven environment and willing to take on new challenges.

- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis : Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
- Work together with our managers on compensation reviews to help with establishing and maintaining pay ranges and provide education and support for managers.
- Lead compensation analysis using both internal and external salary surveys, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Carry out salary and benefit benchmarking to better understand 4imprint's competitive position in the market.
- Using information gleaned from analyses, partner with HR and department leaders on compensation matters including employment offers, promotions, and internal transfers.
- Review position descriptions and job responsibilities to provide recommendations for compensation and determine job classification status.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and clearly defined job responsibilities for current and new positions.
- Model various types of base pay programs and pay structures.
- Administer various pay programs throughout the company.
- Work together with talent acquisition and retention team members to draft documentation for career progression paths and compensation ranges.
- Provide compensation policy interpretation and guidance for team members and managers.
- Research compensation and total rewards best practices and programs for local markets, in-demand skills, and job families.
- Compile, analyze, and report on key HR, training, and engagement metrics providing recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain accurate compensation and position data in HRIS, establish customized reports, and ensure smooth and effective compensation change processes.
- Assist with updating and creating new and existing policies in the associate handbook related to areas involving compensation.
- Responsible for maintaining a current understanding of trends and updates in your role, which may include participating in seminars and training classes to stay current on the latest employment and labor laws.
- Must maintain utmost level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of the work in this department.
