As the single point of contact within a significant account, our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. Our Account Managers take ownership of their accounts to ensure we meet and exceed our client’s expectations.

Responsibilities
- Working shift: mid/night (5:00 pm to 1:30 am)
- On-call: every 5 weeks
- Supervising, coaching, and training Team Members
- Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact
- Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules
- Implement 4M Operational Playbook
- Maintain accurate building/facility records
- Promote a safe work environment
- Daily duties:
Assigning and leading the team
Following up on complaints
Meeting with client
Preparing documentation
Qualifications
- 3 years of Janitorial experience ( preferably in Healthcare)
- Highly experienced in building and leading a team from 20 to 30 TM’s
- Experience in Customer Service and Care
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
- Strong drive for results
- Sense of urgency
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client
- Ability to analyze issues and create solutions
