Accounting Administrator
Seeking a qualified candidate for Accounting Administrator. Working under the supervision of a CFO, one must be able to compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records with a high level of professionalism. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings about business transactions recorded by other workers with a great respect for detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process payments
- Maintain financial records
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare reports
- Create and manage paperwork
- Support the finance team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Experience with Quickbooks Enterprise Suites accounting software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and more
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
Education and experience
At least 3 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher. Starting Salary $50,000 depending on qualifications match.
