- Client Acquisition & Sales: Generate leads, prospect new business, and sell content, communications and digital services to brands and agencies.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions based on client needs, market insights, and industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work alongside media planners, PR specialists, and senior sales teams to create integrated communications strategies for clients.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, market trends, and client feedback to senior leadership.
- Strategic Communicator: Skilled at aligning broadcast and digital communications strategies with client objectives and collaborating with internal operations and Strategy teams.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable in a startup environment, with strong execution skills.
- Problem-Solver: Adaptable, with a flexible approach to goals.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on managing details and executing them efficiently.
- Professional Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Industry Expertise: 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of selling communications services in the PR industry, and expertise in broadcast, digital, content production, and/or influencer marketing to brands and agencies.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to drive sales with key stakeholders.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Ambitious, driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present in a strategic customer centric and persuasive manner.
