We’re now hiring a Field Supervisor / Project Manager to run day-to-day operations so the owner can focus on growth. If you're a natural leader with concrete experience and want to grow into a long-term role (with real reward), we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage concrete jobs: sidewalks, flatwork, curb & gutter
- Lead crews: assign roles, manage timelines, keep standards high
- Order materials, schedule trucks, handle job site setup
- Communicate with customers and our office team
- Use our system checklists to ensure every job runs smooth
What You Bring
- 5 years experience in concrete or construction leadership
- Strong communication and scheduling skills
- Ability to read plans and layout jobs
- Respect for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork
- Willingness to lead, teach, and take ownership

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
