We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our awesome team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
We need someone who has the ability to type, talk and respond quickly and efficiently to our customer service support ticket requests that come in through our website. Also this position requires the ability to deal with any type of customer problems with a calm and collected approach. We expect the representative to be able to take on new tasks and instructions quickly and with a positive attitude.
Who we don't want to work with- Lazy, negative and unproductive workers. Inability to adapt to changes or take criticism. Unreliable attendance and punctuality. Inability to organized, have fun and stay positive through peak volume.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records and information.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly with clients and ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with cash handling duties as required, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
- Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
