An internationally recognized full-service lighting, video, and rigging company servicing all facets of the entertainment industry that operates in fourteen offices in the US and internationally in the UK. 4Wall has made its mark in the California Desert for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, to the High Roller in Las Vegas, to Saks Fifth Ave in New York City for the 'Land of 1000 Delights' display.
We are looking for a Labor Assistant to join the 4Wall team!
What you will be doing : While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for assisting the Labor Coordinator with all temporary and freelance labor-related initiatives. This will include onboarding new freelancers, booking and coordinating travel, requesting and entering in time cards, scheduling prep labor, various data entry and reconciliation, and other administrative duties.
What you bring to the table : Our ideal candidate will have excellent organization, written, and verbal skills. You must be able to work independently. Familiarity in the entertainment lighting industry is preferred, but not required.
