Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to promote good conduct.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support each child's development and address any concerns related to child welfare.
- Provide individualized support for children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention services.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Master Teacher certification is required.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children or toddlers is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles, curriculum development, and behavior management strategies.
- Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention techniques is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment.
