We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas including social skills, language, and motor skills.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a center setting is preferred.
- A background in early childhood education or childhood development is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support children's learning and development.
- First aid certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create engaging activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
- A genuine love for teaching and nurturing young minds.
- Must be 21 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- CDA is a plus
