Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Greet customers and assist with product selection
- Inform customers the benefits to unlimited membership pricing
- Maintain a positive attitude throughout conflict resolution
- Assist in vehicle pre wash protocol to maximize value and wash safety
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
