A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMERCIAL HVAC SALES REP / ACCOUNT MANAGER
As a Commercial HVAC Sales Rep / Account Manager over commercial sales and business development, your day is full of the kinds of tasks you thrive on. Sometimes you engage in cold calls or follow up on quotes. Other times you mine previous contacts for leads and then set appointments when those leads pan out. Often you meet face-to-face with clients and present intelligent product solutions in a clear and engaging way. You have confidence in our products, and that assurance shines through in all you do.
One of your key responsibilities is the development of the lead generation program. The customer relationship management (CRM) database and other lead generation tools assist you in this task, as does your own creative thinking. You constantly strategize for better ways to generate leads, and you enjoy putting your ideas to the test. Submitting consistent sales reports isn't a problem because you are goal-oriented. Achieving your high objectives is a thrill! You feel great about assisting our clients while also driving our revenue. It's how we can keep doing what we do!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL HVAC SALES REP - ACCOUNT MANAGER
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
- Min 3 years experience in HVAC sales, preventative maintenance agreements, and facilities services
- Great computer skills
- Experience with Linkedin, Sales Navigator, and Social Media platforms
