Must have advanced experience as a CNA / DSP / HHA / PCA in an acute care / Rehab / LTR, HHC settingLove working with people (CONSUMERS / patients and co-workers)Are dedicated to our mission and a dependable team playerWilling to help individuals with activities of daily living to include daily hygiene, feeding, exercise, etc.Can read, speak and write in EnglishMUST pass an ACHA Level 2 background check.Possess excellent documentation skillsPossess current BLS via AHA or ARCExperience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and / or mental illness who are on TRACH or Vents is preferredCan demonstrate skills utilizing standard medical equipment (bedside commodes, wheelchairs, shower chairs etc.)Must have TEAM WORK mindsetKey Responsibilities :
