As a Skilled Scheduler, you will coordinate and schedule client care services, ensure optimal staffing levels, and maintain efficient operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to meet client care needs.
- Coordinate with caregivers to ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts.
- Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and adjust schedules in response to changes in client needs or staff availability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, staff availability, and client requirements.
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide support and assistance to the administrative team as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in scheduling within home care or the healthcare industry. And Wellsky software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
