The Production Scheduler will report to the Plant Manager and work closely with the Resources and Planning Department to ensure efficient scheduling processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Providing manpower scheduling support
* Creating and updating the plant schedule as needed
* Coordinating shift trade, vacation, and overtime processes
* Updating timekeeping systems frequently to ensure accuracy of employee time records
