Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracting Specialist/ Sales Coordinator. The Contracting Specialist/ Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth contracting processes with new and existing clients. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
· Process Agent/Agency licensing and contracting to ensure all required documents and certifications are in place.
· Track and monitor the status of licensing and contracting applications, ensuring timely renewals and updates to avoid lapses.
· Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing reports, managing communications, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
· Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships.
· Track enrollment statuses and maintain organized records.
· Assist in developing and implementing best practices to enhance team performance.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales coordination, contracting, or a similar role.
· Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
· Active WI state health insurance license or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
