Job Description: Outside Sales Representative
As an Outside Sales Rep at DuraShield, you will be helping homeowners with their roofing projects. From hail damage, to replacing old roofs you will be building relationships with homeowners, helping them through the process, and providing peace of mind with expert roofing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting through door-to-door and other lead-gen strategies
- Performing property inspections (roofs, siding, windows)
- Climbing ladders and walking roofs to document damage
- Presenting solutions and signing contracts with homeowners
- Meeting with insurance adjusters
- Preparing estimates and work orders
- Managing customer experience from contract to completion
- Ensuring satisfaction every step of the way
Qualifications:
- Sales experience helpful but not required—we train the right people
- Must be comfortable climbing roofs and working evenings/Saturdays
- Clean and professional appearance
- Smartphone savvy and computer competent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Company trucks available for qualified reps)
- Independent, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Compensation & Perks:
- $75,000–$150,000 per year (Commission Only, Uncapped)
