As a Health Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their health insurance options, ensuring they find coverage that meets their unique needs. Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized appointments to assess clients' health insurance needs and recommend appropriate plans.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting with claims, policy changes, and renewals.
- Assist clients with the application and enrollment process, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting plan options and identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products.
- Stay informed about industry changes, product offerings, and regulatory updates to provide accurate advice.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, applications, and policy details.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals and best practices.
Qualifications:
· Active health insurance license in the state of Wisconsin.
· Previous experience in Individual health insurance, including prospecting and sales.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
