Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the Arena Sand and Gravel Plant in Garwood, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and productivity at the plant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and control budgets, costs, and production schedules.
- Achieve a production volume of 1.3 million tons per year while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and production scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Five years of aggregates operations management experience.
- Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations.
