What You'll Be Doing
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
Process orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer needs.
