Your Role:

As a Project Analyst III, you will interface across the organization with all business units to create and manage benefit realization for the entire portfolio of projects. You will collect and organize data from varying sources to present the portfolio, budget, demand, capacity, etc. to senior leaders. You will be expected to provide actionable insights and work with leaders across the organization on those insights.

Required Experience, Education and Skills 

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically 5 years of directly related experience
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses
• Adaptability and the capability of multi-tasking and strong time management
• Ability to make effective formal presentations
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to coach and mentor co-workers and give feedback as required

What would make us excited about you? 

• Knowledge of insurance, accounting, project management, supply and demand
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, SQL, Python, Visual Basic, Snowflake, Power BI, and various structured analysis and design techniques
• Advanced degree in related field
• Actively shapes our company culture (e.g., participating in employee resource groups, volunteering, etc.)
• Lives into cultural norms (e.g., willing to have cameras when it matters: helping onboard new team members, building relationships, etc.)
• Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings
• Fulfills business needs, which may include investing extra time, helping other teams, etc

The national average salary range for this position is $99,810 - $110,900 However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $89,910 - $133,200.  This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.
