Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a Mutual Funds Supervisor - Operations to join a stellar team in a leadership position. The successful candidate will develop, implement and evaluate processes ensuring business goals and cost requirements are met. They will monitor, assess and ensure high levels of productivity and deliver to achieve planned ROI. They will select, train, evaluate and coach associates.
Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be coming into our Newark or Edgewood office 2 days a week and given the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition of all Mutual Fund Reconciliations and processing activities for the Recon CoE Dept.
- Manage the day-to-day Mutual Fund reconciliations and any issues that arise.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive transition plan, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and integration of Mutual Fund, related activities; Fee processing, break identification, break resolution. etc.
- Manage and ensure associates KTT's and SLA framework are on target and alignment with business objectives.
- Establish clear metrics for processing efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members, supporting their professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to automate manual processes and implement advanced tools to gain efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Mutual Fund related activities or operations back office reconciliations.
- Proven experience leading large operational transitions and building centralized processing functions.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, managing, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time.
- In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds including Surpas, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and work in a high-volume, collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Salary Range: 80,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD annual
