Job Description:
The Quality Engineer 1 will support quality assurance activities in our ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility, working under the guidance of senior quality team members to maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards. This role will assist in implementing quality control systems, maintaining quality documentation, and participating in continuous improvement projects. The position involves learning our quality processes while helping to reduce defects, improve yield rates, and maintain product quality standards.

Annual Salary range of $87,000-$114,000 based on applicant profile.

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience:
Required
- 0-2 years of quality experience in manufacturing or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Fundamental understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools
- Familiarity with quality management software and MS Office applications
