Responsibilities
Utilize research methods to obtain potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Learn to build pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
Close on sales and work with client through closing process
Establish the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
Follow up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
Keep customers informed about new technological products.
Compile proposals and reports related to technical products.
Ensure that sales targets are consistently met.
Report to management about sales made.
Update records of customer communications and contact information
Technical Account Representative Requirements
Willingness to learn persuasive language to close on sales
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
