Responsibilities
- Utilize research methods to obtain potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Learn to build pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
- Close on sales and work with client through closing process
- Establish the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
- Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
- Follow up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Keep customers informed about new technological products.
- Compile proposals and reports related to technical products.
- Ensure that sales targets are consistently met.
- Report to management about sales made.
- Update records of customer communications and contact information
- Willingness to learn persuasive language to close on sales
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
