Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects
- Direct field coordination of subcontractors, trades, equipment, and materials
- Maintain and enforce the project schedule, working closely with PMs and project engineers
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local codes
- Conduct site inspections, resolve field issues proactively, and keep documentation up to date
- Foster a positive and productive jobsite culture while representing the company professionally
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 7 years of superintendent experience with a focus on ground-up multifamily or wood-frame construction
- Strong working knowledge of building systems, codes, and modern construction methods
- Experience leading projects of $20M from sitework through final turnover
- Tech-savvy and organized: experience using Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 and other relevant certifications preferred
