What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll & HR Administrator position at 54th Street?
POSITION
Would you like to be a part of our team? If so, as a part of our Payroll & HR team you will :
- Communicate, engage and contribute to a team office setting while maintaining ongoing individual projects and tasks.
- Ensuring integrity of the data recorded in the HRIS system while performing various Human Resources and Payroll related tasks.
- Assist with processing / maintaining several functions of HR including onboarding paperwork, employee relations, benefits, HRIS, payroll and training.
- Review timecard records, pay rates, hours, employee data and other information for accuracy and investigate and correct any discrepancies.
- Communicate with restaurant managers regarding any HR / Payroll issues or changes.
- Assist in translating documents and communications for our Spanish speaking employees.
- Answer phone calls and emails from employees to answer various questions and help resolve issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
