The Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinician provides individual, group, couples, and family therapy with children, adolescents, and adults, serving clients of diverse backgrounds with mild to moderate mental health conditions. Clinician will provide comprehensive, person-centered, and culturally-appropriate psychological assessment & evaluation, treatment, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, referrals, and related clinical services. Scope of Responsibilities Conduct screening and psychosocial assessment using evidence-based tools and interventions Conduct testing and assessment services (Psychologists) Deliver full range of psychological and counseling services within licensure, certification, and scope of practice Conduct psychosocial history, establish, and assess diagnostic impressions Deliver effective evidenced-based, meaningful clinical interventions, apply research to practice. Comfortable and skilled in multisystemic approaches to care, collaborating with families, care providers Coordinate care across treatment providers within an integrated whole-person care healthcare system Develop and review treatment plans, discharge and referral care coordination Conduct suicide and crisis evaluation and interventions Facilitate psychoeducational groups Psychological evaluation and reports (Licensed Psychologist) Provide services in various clinical settings, including in-person, virtually, or in approved off-site location Variable work hours and schedule depending on client and HelpNet needs.
