Duties

- Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining office supplies.
- Support financial operations by utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide personal assistant support as needed, helping with various tasks to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize duties efficiently.
- Proficient in using office software and tools; familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
