PURPOSE: This role is ideal for current college or recent graduate students. This position will provide exposure to and provide hands-on experience working with a group of global and experienced business professionals within our organization.                                                                           

• Support the Contracts and Proposals team with updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, and tracking tools
• Track and organize proposals, contracts, work orders and change orders for the department
• Participate in initiatives to help drive contracts and proposal productivity for analysts
• Perform other duties as required         

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program – preferably focused in Business, Finance, Clinical Research, Project Management, or Healthcare/Life Sciences
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Quick learner and highly collaborative
• Ability to work within well-defined guidelines and procedures
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Proficient data entry skills/typing
• Able to self-direct

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $31,900.00 - $53,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
